Essentially, we work with a direct approach in order to target the best resources, wherever they may be.
Identify expectations, define objectives and understand all parameters of the mandate, from the position to be filled to the corporate culture and organizational context.
Establish the targets, preferred sectors, strategy and search for talents and profiles corresponding to the needs of the company. Elaborate and carry out the search plan (hunting).
Conducting an initial contact with candidates to validate their interest in the position, to get an overview of their personality, ambitions and professional experience.
Conduct interviews consisting of situational and behavioral, tailored to the targeted position, questions to assess the general and professional competencies of pre-qualified candidates.
Select successful candidates and present the finalists to the client with a comprehensive report on their respective candidacy.
Administer a psychometric test to candidates at the end of the process (valid for management positions). This test can be tailored to client’s needs and request.
Carry out the usual verifications according to the targeted position as well as the professional references of the selected candidates.
Support the client in the final selection and preparation of the salary offer, present it to the selected candidate and conduct negotiations, if necessary.
Ensure post-hiring integration follow-ups with the candidate and the client in order to confirm the satisfaction of both parties and obtain their feedback.
