Plan A complies with the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Quebec), as modernized by Law 25, and, where applicable, with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Manage recruitment mandates and applications;
- Assess candidate profiles and present them to our clients;

We process personal information based on consent, contractual or pre-contractual obligations, legal requirements, and our legitimate interests related to managing recruitment mandates, communications, and operational tools effectively.

- With our assessment partners (e.g., Humance, Certn, Hogan);

All partners and service providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and implement adequate security measures.

Plan A implements organizational and technical measures to protect your information: controlled access, encryption, system monitoring, staff training, and maintenance of an incident register. Information is retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing — typically 24 months after the last contact for candidates — and is then securely deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion;
- Withdraw your consent;
- Request deletion or portability of your digital information.
