Our robust and rigorous process is distinguished by 9 steps that address 3 key moments of an effective approach: preparation, action, conclusion.

 

Essentially, we work with a direct approach in order to target the best resources, wherever they may be.

Assessing
the Need

Identify expectations, define objectives and understand all parameters of the mandate, from the position to be filled to the corporate culture and organizational context.

Planning
and Sourcing

Establish the targets, preferred sectors, strategy and search for talents and profiles corresponding to the needs of the company. Elaborate and carry out the search plan (hunting).

Approach and
Pre-qualification

Conducting an initial contact with candidates to validate their interest in the position, to get an overview of their personality, ambitions and professional experience.

Thorough
Interviews

Conduct interviews consisting of situational and behavioral, tailored to the targeted position, questions to assess the general and professional competencies of pre-qualified candidates.

Selection
Committee

Select successful candidates and present the finalists to the client with a comprehensive report on their respective candidacy.

Psychometric
Testing

Administer a psychometric test to candidates at the end of the process (valid for management positions). This test can be tailored to client’s needs and request.

Verifications 

Carry out the usual verifications according to the targeted position as well as the professional references of the selected candidates.

Support and
Negotiation

Support the client in the final selection and preparation of the salary offer, present it to the selected candidate and conduct negotiations, if necessary.

Integration
Follow-up

Ensure post-hiring integration follow-ups with the candidate and the client in order to confirm the satisfaction of both parties and obtain their feedback.

Co-Founder

Nathalie joined forces with GXB Leadership Group in January 2023 with a mission to launch Plan A, a brand-new recruitment boutique firm dedicated to professional and middle management positions.

 

Plan A is a professional adventure that strongly reflects her personality and the meaning she gives to her daily work. Favoring proximity, personalized contact, authenticity and quality, Nathalie is profoundly and genuinely passionate about the human element behind each interaction, relationship and discovery. She is driven by the challenge of finding the perfect match between the needs of a client and the ambition and career of a candidate. For her, it is all about evolution, movement and values.

 

Demonstrating great professionalism and a deep understanding of business challenges, nothing prevents her from adding a touch of pleasure and ease to each of her mandates. Throughout her career, which has ranged from sales and marketing to public relations and events, Marie-Eve has always been focused on creating significant relationships that are strong in meaning, humanity and authenticity.

With a highly developed “human” side to her, thanks to her accessibility, integrity and empathy, she is deeply convinced that the personal element is at the heart of every successful business. Katrina, a lawyer by trade, has spent more than 20 years guiding multinational corporations, and their executives, with personalized legal advice.

 

Her true passion, however, lies beyond the law and is in the richness of human relationships. Today, she embarks on a new professional adventure, continuing her career in niche recruitment. She is confident that her extensive experience, analytical rigor, and ability to understand various business challenges and realities are major assets for her clients.
